Description Reluctantly due to ill health I am selling my cherished car which I purchased in 1974. It is a late UK MK IIa one of 455 manufactured. It has covered 79,000 miles since new. It was fully restored in the late 90’s and has covered about 3,000 dry miles since then and is in all round excellent condition. The restoration was a bare metal re spray, (with photographs) the engine was fully rebuilt, the gearbox and transmission were rebuilt by Hardy engineering. New Inner and outer sills were fitted. Many other new parts mostly from AH Spares have been fitted over the years including s/s exhaust, new shock absorbers, rear springs, king pins, petrol tank, fuel pump, brakes, wiring loom, etc. The only non original specification is chrome wire wheels, I still have the original wheels. New leather seats and carpet have been fitted. The hood is original and in excellent condition as is the hood cover. The tonneau is new. Car number is HBJ725244. |
