Description This Austin Healey 3000 BJ7 MK11A was originally manufactured in the USA. Exported to Montreal, Canada in 1962, it began life in the Healey blue colour, with blue interior. In the early '90s, it was reimported to the UK where it was given a new lease of life. It underwent a conversion to RHD and a complete bare metal rebuild, transforming its colour to Old English White and revamping the interior with a fresh black finish. In 2018, the Healey went through a second bare metal respray. This time, chrome detailing was added, new wheels and various documented improvements. Notably, in 2023, this classic car underwent extensive recommissioning works, including a full servicing of the carburettors and air filters, addressing oil pressure issues, back-flushing the cooling system, and replacing various parts. These rigorous updates resulted in a passed MOT, attesting to its superb condition. Now, showing just over 12,000 miles on the odometer since its rebuild, this car is a road-ready classic that's looking for its next adventure |
