These uprated condensers have a far better temperature range than the original units.
External mounting allows the use of a larger condenser plus helps keep the temperature down on this very heat-sensitive component.
The advantages of the larger size includes the increase in duty rating so they will outlast the original quality condensers. They are Appendix K approved for historic motorsport and can be used with standard or Mallory distributors.
The kit comes with a mounting clamp, instructions and some extra electrical connections for various types of coils.
