Premium 100/6 & 3000 Aluminium Oil Sump - UK cast & CNC LM25 alloy - CapeSport

This Premium CapeSport aluminium oil sump is designed for Austin Healey 100/6 and 3000 BN4–BJ8 six-cylinder models. UK-cast in LM25 aluminium alloy and fully CNC-machined, it features accurately machined sealing faces and integral cast fins.

UK-Cast and CNC-Machined

• UK-cast from LM25 aluminium alloy.
• Fully CNC-machined for consistent dimensions and fit.
• Machined sealing faces for reliable gasket contact.
• Integral cast fins within the sump design.
• Drilled and tapped mounting points for a sump baffle, if required.

Fitment and Installation

Suitable for six-cylinder Austin Healey 100/6 and 3000 models from BN4 through to BJ8.

Please note: the oil pump pick-up must be shortened to suit this sump. Follow the fitting instructions and confirm the pick-up position and clearance before completing installation.

For non-standard engines or modified oil pick-up arrangements, check the available clearance and pick-up position before final tightening.
