These Austin-Healey H-section steel con rods are stronger than standard Austin-Healey rods, plus they give a massive weight saving. Using ARP2000 bolts made from EN24V material and shot peening which gives added strength to the con rod.
The Austin-Healey big ends are a different size to the standard Healey to benefit from modern bearings ENG604E so they can only to be used with our steel crankshafts COM242 & ENG633SC.
