Based on the 6-branch manifold designs for the works Healeys, these have 1 ¾ inch collectors into 2-inch outlet pipes for increased gas flow and added performance!
High-quality, thicker gauge mild steel pipe is used to reduce noise levels and finished in heat-proof paint.
All pipes are shaped by the mandrel bending process so that the bore is not reduced, restricting the gas flow. Due to the shape of the pipes leaving the head, these manifolds are only to be used with SU carbs and may require modfication of the inlet manifold
This system will require the front left-hand outrigger to be modified to the BJ8 design.
