Our Austin Healey Synchronizer/Baulk rings are high precision components manufactured from our tooling using the Hot Die Forging Process.
The rough castings are then CNC-machined to meet the required standards for taper I.D./tooth pitch, tensile strength, hardness and machining accuracy.
During each stage, the castings are examined to ensure they meet our highest standards quality and tested to ensure they will stand up to the most strenuous usage.
