This standard rear leaf spring is designed for Austin Healey BN1 and BN2 models, providing a direct replacement for worn or sagging originals. It restores correct ride height, stabilises rear axle movement, and brings the car back to its intended handling characteristics.
This spring fits Austin Healey 100 BN1 and BN2 models.
Not suitable for later BN4–BJ8 models with different rear spring configurations.
Note: Two springs are required per vehicle.
Installation follows standard workshop procedures. Mounting bushes, shackles, and fixings should be inspected and replaced if worn. Ride height and fastener torque should be checked after initial use.
