The heat generated from the exhaust silencers running underneath the left-hand main floor panel can be uncomfortable if you're driving a left-hand-drive Healey, (or a passenger in a right-hand-drive).
However, this discomfort is greatly reduced for a more enjoyable ride with this additional main floor heatshield and used in conjunction with the additional footwell heatshield.
Fitted over the existing O.E. main floor heatshield panel and attached via the same O.E. fitting points. This thick stainless steel panel is bonded with heat reflective aluminized ceramic fibre insulation cloth and greatly minimises the heat in the left-hand footwell of any Austin Healey 100/6 and 3000.
