The 6th European Healey Meet kicks off in Norway - EHM 2023 day 1

Yesterday marked the start of the highly anticipated 6th European Healey Meet (EHM 2023) in Norway. Enthusiasts of the classic Austin Healey sports cars gathered for this week-long event. EHM 2023 is an event where national Austin Healey club members gather and showcase the beauty of their Healey models and the passion that drives them. This year's meet, EHM 2023, promises to be a thrilling experience for attendees. On day one, the participants arrived at the event site and got ready for the activities ahead.

Location and Facilities

The first day of the 6th European Healey Meet kicked off in style with participants getting a taste of the breathtaking Norwegian landscape. The windy mountain roads provided an exciting drive for the Austin Healey enthusiasts as they made their way to the hotel.


The reception held at the Hotel Union provided the perfect opportunity for participants to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Jon Hill and John Lee from A H Spares were there with our stand to greet and chat with all the arrivals.

Highlights

The first day of the 6th European Healey Meet in Norway was filled with excitement and anticipation as each Healey rolled in, the drivers were greeted with warm smiles and cheers from fellow enthusiasts. The sound of the engines roared through the air, creating a lively atmosphere.


One of the standout highlights was the display of Austin Healeys all lined up along the road, each one as fascinating as the next as the drivers all chatted and welcomed each other.

Overall, the first day of the 6th European Healey Meet was a tremendous success. The camaraderie amongst the drivers was palpable, and the excitement for the upcoming events was evident in every smile and laugh. We can't wait to see what the rest of the EHM 2023 has in store for us.
